What We Collect
We get information about you in a range of ways.
Information You Give Us. We collect your name, postal address, email address, phone number, username, password, and any other information you directly provide to us when registering for an account or using our Services.
Information From Third-Party Accounts. When you connect a third-party account to our Services, we collect information from that account as authorized by you:
- Amazon: When you use the Extension, it interacts directly with Amazon web pages in your browser (including Amazon Creator Connections) on your behalf. This includes reading campaign data, product listings, sales and click-through rate information, and taking actions such as opting into campaigns — all within your existing Amazon session. We do not collect or store your Amazon username or password. We may log records of actions taken (e.g., campaigns opted into) to provide and improve our Services.
- Instagram/Meta: When you connect Instagram via OAuth for the Auto-Reply feature, we access your Instagram account through the official Meta API. This includes reading comments on your posts, reels, and stories, and sending Direct Messages on your behalf to users who interact with your content. We access only the permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth flow.
Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your device. For example, when you visit our Site or use the Extension, we log your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. The Extension may also log actions it performs on your behalf (such as campaign opt-ins) to maintain your usage history and support the Services.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We may log information using "cookies." Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory. We use cookies to, among other things, remember your preferences and improve your experience. In addition to cookies, we use third-party tracking technologies on our Site, including the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), which collects data about your interactions with our Site and shares it with Meta Platforms, Inc. to enable advertising and analytics. You can opt out of Meta's use of this data at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. You can typically remove and reject cookies from our Site with your browser settings; however, doing so may affect your ability to use certain features.
Payment Information. We use Stripe, Inc. to process payments. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information (such as credit card details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy for information on how they handle your payment data.
