Privacy Policy

This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Hypestores (Creatorfirst LLC) and its related companies ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") collect, use, and share personal information of users of this website, https://www.hypestores.com/ (the "Site"), and the Hypestores Chrome browser extension (the "Extension"), collectively referred to as the "Services." This Policy does not apply to websites or services that post different statements.

What We Collect

We get information about you in a range of ways.

Information You Give Us. We collect your name, postal address, email address, phone number, username, password, and any other information you directly provide to us when registering for an account or using our Services.

Information From Third-Party Accounts. When you connect a third-party account to our Services, we collect information from that account as authorized by you:

  • Amazon: When you use the Extension, it interacts directly with Amazon web pages in your browser (including Amazon Creator Connections) on your behalf. This includes reading campaign data, product listings, sales and click-through rate information, and taking actions such as opting into campaigns — all within your existing Amazon session. We do not collect or store your Amazon username or password. We may log records of actions taken (e.g., campaigns opted into) to provide and improve our Services.
  • Instagram/Meta: When you connect Instagram via OAuth for the Auto-Reply feature, we access your Instagram account through the official Meta API. This includes reading comments on your posts, reels, and stories, and sending Direct Messages on your behalf to users who interact with your content. We access only the permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth flow.

Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your device. For example, when you visit our Site or use the Extension, we log your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. The Extension may also log actions it performs on your behalf (such as campaign opt-ins) to maintain your usage history and support the Services.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We may log information using "cookies." Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory. We use cookies to, among other things, remember your preferences and improve your experience. In addition to cookies, we use third-party tracking technologies on our Site, including the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), which collects data about your interactions with our Site and shares it with Meta Platforms, Inc. to enable advertising and analytics. You can opt out of Meta's use of this data at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. You can typically remove and reject cookies from our Site with your browser settings; however, doing so may affect your ability to use certain features.

Payment Information. We use Stripe, Inc. to process payments. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information (such as credit card details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy for information on how they handle your payment data.

  • To respond to comments and questions and provide customer service.
  • To send information including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.

  • To perform automated actions on your behalf, including bulk opt-ins to Amazon Creator Connections campaigns and sending Instagram Direct Messages via the Auto-Reply feature, as directed by your settings.
  • To display your Amazon storefront data on your public Link in Bio profile page (hypestores.com/[username]), based on your account settings.
  • To link or combine your information with other personal information we have about you to better understand your needs and provide you with better service.
  • To protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share personal information as follows:

  • We may share information in an emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our customers, or any person.
  • We may share information with our service providers who need it to do work for us, including Stripe (payment processing) and Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure and data storage). Your data is stored on servers located in the United States.
  • We may also share aggregated and/or anonymized data with others for their own uses.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or compliance purposes. Records of automated actions (such as campaign opt-ins) may be retained in anonymized form for product analytics.

Information Choices and Changes

Our marketing emails tell you how to "opt-out." If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails such as those about your account or our ongoing business relationship.

You may send requests about your personal information to our contact address below. You can request to change, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

To disconnect your Instagram account from our Services, you can revoke access at any time through your Instagram account settings at https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/. Revoking access will disable the Auto-Reply feature.

You can typically remove and reject cookies from our Site with your browser settings. You may also uninstall the Extension at any time through your browser's extension settings, which will stop the Extension from interacting with Amazon pages on your behalf.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may change this privacy policy. If we make any changes, we will change the Last Updated date above. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
